The room was a good deal and super clean, we really liked it. the food was delicious with tons of choices. the location in a nice area was awesome 😊. Overall, everything was fantastic, just a couple of staff members weren't great.

Everything was great, magnificent location next to a shopping mall and movie theater, airport on time and Ajijic, very-very nice staff. We were given cheap, spotless room with good ac. The service was excellent, that made the hotel absolutely great place.

I highly recommend this brand-new hotel for an overnight stay. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. the location is convenient, with Roberto Montenegro Park just 2 miles away. You can easily walk to a mall and market nearby. the restaurant serves delicious hot dishes.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express was amazing! I had a late night flight and arrived at 6am, but Tony at the front desk was super nice and got us an early room so we could rest. The airport shuttle was a big plus, and Tony even arranged for it to pick us up when I called. The swimming pool area was nice, and the breakfast had a variety of choices, including some Mexican specialties. The hotel's convenient location near the airport and restaurants like Denny's and Chili's made it even better. the stay exceeded my expectations!
